West Coast Foods has secured a deal with Aldi to supply a selection of its fresh meat products to stores across Scotland.
The Ayrshire based business is supplying the retailer with three products from its health-conscious Skinni Range in a deal worth more than £50,000.
The Skinni Sweet Chilli Burgers are in store now, while Skinni Lorne Slices, which the company claims are the world’s first fat free square sausage, and Skinni Black Pudding Slices, are on sale from mid May.
West Coast Foods director Gareth Downie said: “The range includes great tasting products that are high in protein, low in carbs and most importantly, low in fat.”
Richard Holloway, managing director of Aldi in Scotland, said: “Our customers have really taken to the West Coast Foods’ Skinni range.”
