Jim is our operations manager and oversees the production, retail, and online operations. With 25 years as a Master Butcher and winner of the Creative Butcher of the year for Scotland he is one of our key members of staff.
David Crooks, Master Butcher
Davie oversees our retail operation in Prestwick. Likewise to Jim, he has 25 years as a Master Butcher and has also has been crowned Creative Butcher of the year. Davie's ideas and attention to detail are second to none and he brings a wealth of knowledge to the team
Kevin Thorne, Master Butcher
Kevin looks after the production side of West Coast Foods, his attention to detail and high standards allow us to produce some of the finest burgers and sausages. With over 30 years of experience and a host of awards, our production side of the business is in safe hands.
