Cut from the rib section of the loin, our rack of Scottish pork is French trimmed for an expert finish, making it ready to roast, and easy to carve, but with impressive results every time. All of our pork is sourced in the West of Scotland, processed in Ayrshire and then expertly prepared by our Master butchers.

Cooking pork on the bone not only makes for impressive presentation but brings flavour and texture to the meat whilst it cooks. A special cut, for a special crowd, a rack of pork deserves a little bot of extra attention and some well thought out accompaniments to go with it. By no means difficult to cook or prepare, this joint does however go the extra mile.
