Skinny Chinese Pork Steak Recipe

1 Pack Skinni Chinese Pork Steak
 1 Pack Stir Fry Vegetables
1 Pack Ready Cooked Brown Basmati Rice
1 Inch Fresh Ginger - Grated
 1 Garlic Clove - Crushed
 2 tsp Sesame Oil
1 Whole Red Chilli - Sliced
 Soy Sauce (to taste)
1

Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan and once hot, add the vegetables. Stir fry for a few minutes until slightly cooked and still crunchy.

2

Add the ginger, garlic, chilli and soy. Toss to combine and stir through the rice.

3

Leave to cool but not go cold. Alternatively, you could serve the dish hot.

4

Grill the pork on a hot grill for about 3 minutes on each side. It will cook through quickly so keep an eye out that it doesn't go too far and dry out.

5

Serve the hot pork steaks with the warm stir fry dish.
