These Skinni Chinese style pork steaks will cook equally well outdoors or in. Served hot from the grill, with a quick-to-make stir fry/salad, they offer all the flavour with none of the fat. We have used convenience items from the supermarket shelf to make this a super speedy summer feast.

Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan and once hot, add the vegetables. Stir fry for a few minutes until slightly cooked and still crunchy.
Add the ginger, garlic, chilli and soy. Toss to combine and stir through the rice.
Leave to cool but not go cold. Alternatively, you could serve the dish hot.
Grill the pork on a hot grill for about 3 minutes on each side. It will cook through quickly so keep an eye out that it doesn't go too far and dry out.
Serve the hot pork steaks with the warm stir fry dish.
